Our means of production
Thanks to its varied equipment, Établissements Compagnaud can meet diverse needs by offering products that can be adapted to customer demand, while guaranteeing quality production.
Located on a storage area of approximately 90,000m2, including 15,000m2 covered, allowing 3,000m2 to be dedicated to the manufacture of pallets and box-loading boxes.
We have two automated and robotic nailing lines:
– A line specializing in 4-way pallets with marking, chamfering, and debarking.
– A line specializing in 2-way pallets with marking.
Capacity of 250 pallets/day on a specialized production line
An automated production center allowing the production of 160 pallets/day of 1T2 and/or 1T5
For the smallest pallets, a specialized robotic line with a capacity of 400 pallets/day
– Biomass boiler with a power of 3.5 W
– 5 dryers
– Pallet paint booth
– 4-sided planer
